Proposed 7:45 pm kick-offs for Saturday matches from 2019 onwards
All Saturday matches in the Premier League may begin at 7:45 pm in England next season, meaning that every match will kick-off for Indian fans at 12:15 am.
7:45 kick off times for Premier League games on a Saturday night is just wrong

The proposed move of time – still largely disputed – is due to Sky Sports, the biggest Premier League broadcaster in the UK recorded a 14% drop in television ratings for Premier League matches.
One thing I don’t miss from the Premier League is changing kick off times. Fully appreciate having 3pm kick offs on a Saturday every week??

The Premier League is a globally followed event, with millions of fans worldwide. Global viewership ratings are sure to drop with much later kick-off times affecting all of Asia, where a large chunk of Premier League fans live.
BBC: “It is understood the Premier League is also generally reluctant to alter kick-off times at short notice to avoid disruption for fans.”
